I have a home in Village Walk. The neighborhood is pristine: manicured lawns, maintenance free, solid construction, private/gated community and great amenities like swimming pools, lakes, walking paths, tennis courts, full-out gym, club house, and the list goes on and on ...

The downside is traffic noise from I-75, depending on where in the community the home is situated. Also, the community is basically a retirement community, so lots of older folks and grandchildren.

If you like a no-hassle, maintenance free, quiet, family community, then this is a great place.
