When one sees a price on Zillow that looks totally out of line (such as the one you mention), usually it means that there was a data glitch and it is a rental not for sale.
the best way to figure this out is to open the property details page by clicking on the address in the pop up box, and scrolling to the very bottom. On the bottom of the page you can find "listing source". When you click on the "listing source" for the property in question, you'll see it says "lease".

This is a LEASE listing. Sometimes property listings get mistakenly classified for sale on Zillow. You won't find a home listed for sale for that low - if it is, it is likely an error. Also, this is an old listing and the property was already leased out. If you would like to get other current active listings sent to you, feel free to contact me directly and I'd be happy to help you out.
