I would prefer to rent this unit out furnished. My furniture there is very high end. It is 1 bedroom and I was hoping to get someone to rent it out for me. The rental fee can range from 1 mon to 1/2 months rent and there is usually a monthly property managment fee of 8-10% I like using an online system called Postlets for advertising which syndicates to multiple rental websites including HotPads, a rental website that uses mapping.
