Many municipalities now offer the ability to search property records online. Simply "google" your city or township name and look for "property look-up" or "assessor's department." If that doesn't work in your community, call your local realtor for assistance.

You can obtain this on the home details page for the property on Zillow if it sold in the last 10 to 15 years.
According to the Zillow records: November 26 2008 for $710,000

MLS website - you need a realtor to do it for you, or city tax website. It is relatively easy, you just need to type in the address of the property.

You can always ask an agent to look it up in the local MLS. Or you could search the county tax website. Keeping in mind that sometimes the tax records may take a few weeks to be updated after a transfer of title.

One way to find out for sure might be to get on the city tax website for the city where the home is located. You can always call a Realtor in the city where the home is located and they will most likely be able to pull it up through tax records or MLS. Another way would be to google the address and see what you get. Maybe the easiest way would simply be to call a Realtor there. Thank you for your question.

In Nevada you contact your County Assessor website.

That information is typically on the home details page toward the bottom.

I am interested to find the price that a property last sold for. Is this possible?
