It could mean nothing, people move, could be as simple as that.So before you put in an offer, go to the neighborhood, after five, listen and look, and try to go there on weekends, talk to neighbors. Then if you like it draw up an offer with your Realtor, do hire a home inspector, pest inspector etc. Get yourself a one year home warranty too that will cover you.

There is a house we were looking to purchase and after looking at the auditors website, the home has changed hands several times in the last 10 years. What is this a general sign of? Should we really just disregard this home and steer clear of it?
