Go to your banking institution first. Then if they can't help you:Go to a local title office right away. They will have the names of lending institutions that will loan on mobile homes.

You could try Golf Savings in Lynnwood. Manufactured homes are one of their specialties but I'm not sure about in a park. My other suggestion would be to call some of the dealers. They should know where to get financing. DeTray's in Puyallup, Gregerson's in Lynnwood and Coach Corral in Mt. Vernon are a few that come to mind. If those don't pan out, shoot me and email and I'll ask one of my clients who has even more resources in this realm.
I am looking for a lender that will lend on a mobile home in a park... Any ideas?
