Try the city tax records or the deeds of record office. You can find anything there on any property. Just call the clerks office. They will get you going in the right direction. It's easy. I've done it many, many times.

Your most efficient route would be to determine the owner through the city clerk's records.

Depending on where the house is, you might be able to access public records. Check out www.netronline.com Each county is different in the information that they display, but you'll probably need the apn number. You can get this information from the county assessor's office and the phone number to the assessor's office will be located on this site as well. Good luck!

First try and Google the address. If nothing comes up you may need to use a pay service to look it up. Reverse look up on the white pages works just fine.

Try the city/township clerk or the county where the house is located.
I am looking for a owner of a vacant home, can anyone tell me how to find this information?
