I am prequalified with Countrywide. Am looking for a small place with low cash down and low monthly cost for future retirement (I have VA, FHA, PERS avail). Want positive cash flow situation if I decide later to rent it. When successful with my live-in purchase I hope to purchase a second property for investment, positive cash flow is necessary. Location of course is very important.

Randy ~ do you have any realtor friends? They can do some research for you and find you a few realtors to interview. When you say Riverside, I'm wondering if you mean Riverside county or the city of Riverside? Peruse the internet yourself also, as knowledge is power.
