I am looking into trying to purchase a 4 bedroom nice home...i pay 550 month now for rent and

i know i could afford up too about 650 a month for mortage but i dont know how to go about trying to figure out how much a down payment will be...some folks have also told me i could try and apply for loan where i dont have to pay anything down. I have found some beautiful homes in the Dalton area on your site that im interested in...i just dont know what first steps i need to take. Any advice will be very helpful. Thanks

Since it can vary from area to area, your best option is to contact a lender in your area. They will be able to tell you how much you can qualify for. Then you should contact a Realtor who can find you the best homes in your price range. There are many good professionals in the "Find a Pro" tab on Zillow and you can search for all in Georgia or even in Dalton. Best wishes on your purchase.
