2. or are you looking to purchase homes on land contract?

Most land contracts require a firm down payment to show the home owner you are serious about buying.

If you are looking to buy homes and sell them on land contract, then the best way is to search for foreclosures in Grand Rapids. Try to get an investment team together in which you can pool your resources together to buy and fix up properties.

Most land contracts involve a pretty big portion of money down. I guess I am confused as to what your objectives are. Do you want to get into a land contract, fix it up and then sell it or are you think of renting the properties out?
