If you don't have programming resources, I would strongly recommend taking a look at Zillow widgets. As they mentioned, it is as simple as Step 1, 2, 3. Select, copy and paste their code! Most of the time this is true if you have basic HTML update capability on your site.
With some basic skills, one can also install their Facebook applications on the personal/business Page.
Unfortunately, nothing is trivial as many make it sound, unless one has basic training. This is clear from many questions posted on this forums. For example, buying/selling a house may be simple for real estate agent. It may not be simple for me since my background is different.
