Neil,
I also checked the website again. Looks like the issue has been resolved. Shall I delete the thread?
Thanks!

Hi Ymchen2 -
This is Neil from Zillow.
I don't know if you are still following the thread but just to let you know, the posting has already been removed by the feed.
I also checked your property and it has duplicates so I sent them for deletion which would reflect within a week or so.
Please don't hesitate to e-mail us back for further inquiries.
Thank you.

The problem with data feeds is that they cancel out Zillow's manual removal. So, as long as one's property listing is coming to Zillow through a data feed it is far more effective to contact the feed provider than it is to contact Zillow. The other fun fact about having it in a data feed is that it is very likely that the feed is sending the information out to a number of websites, not just Zillow. So, go after the root cause not the symptom!

Good luck. My house has been erroneously listed on Zillow, for over a year. A couple of times the listing has been removed, only to be posted again as for sale. Zillow won't respond to our e-mails. We've had about 1500 hits, and are hassled constantly. Never a response from Zillow.

My bad. I was working outside on the porch and was having trouble with my mouse. Apparently I missed the very bottom of the listing.
Disregard my previous comments.
And yes, she or her broker (I'd ask her broker too) need to remove it from the feed or it will continue to auto populate on Zillow even if removed just from Zillow.

@Mike
Did you scroll all the way down to look at the "Listing provided by" section, and click on the website link?

It appears this was populated onto Zillow by a source that is no longer active but the listing continues to hang on Zillow for no apparent reason.
Cecilia Schmidt is NOT the listing agent. Her name just comes up as part of an advertisement and she is in no way affiliated with listing your home for sale.
I flagged the listing for removal. Once Zillow manually removes the 'For Sale' status, the problem will be solved.

Click on the link at the bottom of the page and call the managing broker of the office involved, and raise hell. Don't waste your time with the agent as she obviously doesn't know how to get a listing feed completely stopped,or just really doesn't care to as it's more advertising for her.
I am not selling my home. Who listed my home for sell?
