We don't have a "stated income" program but we have an alternative that may work for you. Our 12 month bank statement program for Self-Employed uses cash flow instead of tax returns. In fact, there are no tax returns needed. Available in AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, HI, IL, MD, MT, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, SC, VA, and WA

I see more and more lenders easing up on credit qualifying. If anyone comes across home Equity HELOC using LTV's and scores, please post it. Enough talk about the melt down, let keep our eyes open for the new party and how to dress for it.

No verification loans are a thing of the past. After the mortgage meltdown, banks no longer allow such loans. You may be able to find a hard money lender but the interest rate would be awful. Best of luck!
