Go to the page where the property is listed.
Scroll down to 'Edit'
Click on 'Report problem with property'
Click on 'property not for sale'
Hit enter.
If the listing keeps repopulating after it has been removed by either you or the agent, chances are the listing is still active somewhere on the internet and Zillow is pulling the feed from that site.
If the listing repopulates, ask the agent if the listing was placed on any other websites (other than Zillow) and whether it's still active on that site.

I am the home owner and how do we remove the listing off your site? I have contacted the realtor and she states that she pulled it off the site a long time ago. Could you please help me with this problem.
