If you claim your home you may be able to remove the photo. The default photos are aerial views, satellite views and "street view" from google.

Yes, but pictures are not availble for all homes.

Your house is not listed for sale on Zillow. It does present information from the public databases for your house (and every one else's house). Zillow doesn't remove the public information.
