In order to edit information you first have to claim the home.  To do so, open the home details page, hover cursor over edit and then click on "claim your home". 

If your house is listed for sale or for rent by an agent, or through a FSBO site such as postlets or owners.com, the "claim your home" will not be an option and the edits will have to be made on the originating site.

You need to claim your home on Zillow before you can edit the home facts. On the home details page of the property, click on "Claim your home" under the Edit tab.
