Keep in mind that in some municipalities if you move plumbing then you would need to pull permits and have the work done by a licensed professional plumber.
If you're utilizing the existing waste and water pipes (simply hooking up the drain and water pipes to the appliance) you may not need a license plumber and permits. But it would be determined by the local building code.

You will have to make some measurements and give thought to your needs, before you decide on changing vanities also. It depends on how much room you are working with. A handyman could do it all, probably at less expense than a pro plumber. I think it will be inexpensive. I would do it myself, being just a little handy.
I do not work in your area, so have no contacts or referrals, but suggest you open the phone book or ask some friend for their favorite pros to get some estimates and ideas.

Thanks Bob.
Our RR's are small. So, was wondering if the vanity also needs to be shifted around to make it more appealing and comfortable. Not sure where to start with regards to hiring someone to do the job. Is a plumber just enough or do we have to go to a bath remodeling contractor?. Please advice.
I would appreciate if you can recommend someone that you know of in Fairview Heights, IL and also give me an idea on how much approximately a job like this would cost (if you can)?

It depends who you hire. You could do it yourself for the cost of a couple of wax seals and probably a longer water supply line.
I think it would be a couple hours for a pro plumber.
My family is doing that at my Dad's house now, so a walker can get to it easier.

I am thinking to have someone change the direction of comodes in 2 RR's. how much will that cost?
