Where do I find a simple quit claim deed for Knox County, Ohio to quit claim this property to my mother? When I had contacted Knox county they sent me this form "Real Property Conveyance Fee Statement of Value and Receipt" which is supposed to be filled out by the Grantee.

Any help is appreciated, dixie

The grantor would be the one granting the deed to someone else (you in this case), and the grantee would be the one receiving the deed (your mother).
