If you posted you home for sale/rent on Postlets, I think that you have to go back to Postlets to take the listing off before you can edit home facts on Zillow.
If you are the owner, the house is not for sale/rent, you can claim it as the owner and edit the facts. From your main house page, you can claim your house with the yellow "Edit" pencil icon under the main house photo and then you will be able to edit the facts.
