Hi, are you looking for a commercial property?  Because that's what this property was, although it hasn't been on the market any time soon.  I just showed some fantastic condos on 12th street, residential, that were a great value.

As Janice noted it was sold for 300k on 8/6/07. Very low property taxes and county assessed value.
