I am trying to follow the instructions from the site to "claim my home", but in vain.

There is no "edit" menu available after I sign in and click the home on the map. I guess it is because my home is listed by a listing agent. Can I claim my home as homeowner and provide owner's comments?

Zillow allows only one party at a time to have control over a home, so if an agent has the house you will be blocked from claiming it.

If the agent isn't controlling house, you will find "edit" on the property details page that pops up when you click on the address in the pop up box on the map.
