I looked at this a bit out of curiosity and I suspect there is an issue with the widget's javascript code. Not that there are errors in the code. The problem is that facebook fan pages don't play well with javascript.
This question has been asked several times here on Zillow and there has been no definitive answer from Zillow. It would be nice if someone from Zillow would answer this question so that it doesn't keep coming up or perhaps provide its users with some facebook friendly widgets.

Bob, you are correct that Zillow's widgets don't work on Facebook because Facebook puts limitations on what works on their site (they've even invented their own markup language called FBML that is similar to, but not the same as, HTML).
We are looking into building custom Zillow widgets for Facebook and will send out email when they are working.

The only way I have seen this work is using Facebook API and Zillow API as I have shown on my Facebook application
Zillow widgets are not meant for placing on Facebook to the best of my knowledge.
Same Applies to other widgets like this one for Walkscore I built for Facebook
http://apps.facebook.com/walkusa/
Cheers!

I think you will need to invest in a basic web-hosting package (some can be had for free).
Post your widgets in your own space (your own webpage), then you can link from your facebook page to your widget.
Here is a quick example.(i am linking from within Zillow to my webpage)
Two Zillow Widgets
I will be placing all the new widgets on separate pages for easier viewing of the code.
This way will work in Facebook.
Good Luck!
