I contacted my agent and this is what I was told:
Unfortunately we don't have any way to log in and alter the listing on Zillow. They pull their information from other websites and are quite slow. It will fall off of Zillow automatically, but unfortunately it can take 1-2 weeks.

You need to contact your previous agent and ask them to remove the listing from Coldwell Banker feed. If you check the listing source here, it clearly shows the listing as active. I can remove it on Zillow but it can come back as long as it's active in the feed.

Thank you all for your answers. Yes, I am certain the listing has expired, and it doesn't appear on the MLS in either Spokane or Coeur d'Alene (it was listed in both) and it's off of Realtor.com, which is why I was confused about it still being listed on Zillow. I know Trulia is awful about getting the info updated...I wasn't sure if the same held true for Zillow. I guess all I can do at this point is to wait for it to drop off this site?

Keep in mind that Zillow is not a Multiple Listing Service so you need to determine if the listing is still in the MLS that might feed their data to Zillow or if the agent input it themselves.
Either way, agents are required to have accurate data listed in Idaho. If the agent doesn't resolve it the same day you request it, call their Broker and demand it.

Hello Annie, I would take Jeana's advice and contact the broker of record with Coldwell Banker. Ask them to remove your home from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
If that doesn't solve the problem let me know. I'll contact my friend who works for Zillow and I'll come up with another solution.

I would suggest contacting the Broker/Owner of the company. If that doesn't work call the multiple listing service that your home is listed with. Are you certain that the home has expired?
I am trying to list my home for sale by owner but the previous realtor has not removed their listing
My listing agreement with Coldwell Banker expired last week, and I am now attempting to list my home on Zillow for sale by owner. However, Zillow will not let me list it because it says it's already listed. How do I get the listing removed by the previous agent?
