I am trying to rent my home. Zillow states multi-family (and other incorrect stuff) How to remedy?

This 2088 square foot multi family home ( single family home)has 3 bedrooms and 2.0 bathrooms. It is located at 7445 Skidmore Rd Sebastopol, California. The nearest schools are Pine Crest Elementary (Apple Blossom)School, Twin Hills Middle School Charter (not charter) and Laguna High. (Analy High)
