Yes, they actually even had my neighbors home with my address and the much lower zestimate. I was told that bankers look at that to decide how much to loan buyers. That would be tragic for us because their home is very nice but much smaller and would not bring as much money. I have a daughter that works for Bank of America and is in their mortgage training this weekend and she said that they use Zillow to decide how much to loan to buyers. If so, the banks will not loan enough for anyone to buy my property. I looked it up on eppraisal and they have it correct and the amount they show seems very reasonable.

Zillow is not an appraisal site. The zestimate doesn't mean that this is what your home is worth. Have your Realtor do a market analysis to tell you how much you should ask for or get a professional appraisal done.

Hi Jeb81659,
Are you saying that the home facts, (sq. feet, lot size, bedrooms, bathrooms) are incorrect? If so, you can edit your home facts to correct them.

I am trying to sell my home and noticed that you had my neighbors home shown for my home.
Zillow had my home and my neighbors smaller home mixed up and the appraisals mixed up too. I am trying to sell my home. I got the picture straightened out but the appraisal is way too low. How do we get this fixed?
