I see there is no info for some of North Dakota. I am wondering how I can send you information about parcel layouts. How do you acquire GIS info?

He is right about less populated areas.  You may want to consider contacting Zillow's customer service, I have found them to be both responsive and helpful.  Best of luck.

I think that the maps come from a couple outside companies including Bing so sometimes they take a while to update especially in less populated areas.
