I am wondering why this house is priced for $150. Is that a typo and if not, then why priced so low?

Tracey - The last list price on this home was $159,000.  On the surface this house doesn't appear to be priced low at this price.  It was last purchased in 1997 for $79,900.  The home is 87 years old.  Please contact me if I can be of more help.
