I can't cancel my for sale listing to mark the property as sold? Done it before, so?

I've had no problem marking a property as sold before but this time it's not giving me the option? There's no "cancel this listing" function. I can only change it from "for sale" to "pending" in the "Edit Status" function.

Help, please Zillow support...

Hi Susie -

Sorry for the confusion.

You may check this video or follow the steps below to change the status of your listing:

1. Go to My Zillow then Listings.
2. Look for the address then click Cancel just next to the Edit button.
3. From there, you may either choose Sold or No longer for sale.

If they are not working, please let us know.
