If you want to add it to the database now without actually putting it up for sale, you can do a Make Me Move posting. After it appears, if you wish, you can remove the MMM simply by going to "Edit" on the home details page,and clicking on the remove option. However, keep in mind the house's price history will include this price, but as just a MMM price. I have on occasion see posters who were irritated by that get in touch with Ice L. who has removed this entry for them. Again this only applies to a MMM.
