I can't fill out the part that says service provided? It only gives two incorrect choices.

In order to submit an evaluation, I must select one of two choices near the bottom of the form.  They are both incorrect and say I did not get a response or that it did not work out. That is not true and it will not let me fill out anything else, nor can I submit my comment.

Hi Carolyn -

The "Service Provided" dropdown menu will change depending on what the Reviewee has selected as his "Specialties." The "Specialties" selected by the Pro will then appear in the dropdown menu on his/her review template. In this case, it sounds like the Pro doesn't have any Specialties selected.

The professional has the ability to select his Specialties through the Edit Profile section. The Specialties selected by the professional (reviewee) will then appear on his/her review template in the Service Provided dropdown menu.
