Yes, if you have claimed the listing in the past (or if it is listed for sale/rent with an agent or through postlets), it will show "report problem with home". If you claimed it in the past and don't recollect your sign in name/password, you can report a problem and chose "incorrect owner claim".
Zillow has it set up so a home details page cannot be claimed by two parties at the same time. If it didn't, there may be some dueling edits causing great unhappiness!

Thank you. I have done as you indicated, and the only option under 'Edit' for me when I hover over that is the option: "Report Problem with Home." Is this because I may have already 'claimed' this listing in the past?

You can find the "home details page" by clicking on the address in the pop up box when you search for your Zestimate. As per this screen shot:

Once you have the home details page open, find "edit" (just below the description). Hover your cursor over edit and then chose "claim your home". (Note: if your home is for sale by an agent on Zillow, this feature won't be available.)

I can't find "Overview" and then "Tools" in order to "Claim" my home. Where is it located?
