I can't find any of South Dawson St. in Columbia city neighborhood of Seattle. Mapquest shows it.

These are the intersections around 45th street south etc. Zillow doesn't seem to have it.

Oh, btw, I notice that you mention an intersection with "45th Street South" which isn't possible.  In Seattle, Avenues always run north-south and streets always run east-west.  The direction is always a prefix for streets and always a suffix for avenues.  That might be what's messing you up.  So you may either need to be looking for "South 45th Street" or maybe "45th Avenue South".

(Another handy fact: all house numbers on the north and east side of streets and aves are even numbered.  All house numbers on the south and west sides are odd numbered.)

How are you searching for it; by address or just looking at the map?  You may need to zoom in to pick up non-arterials.  Zillow usually has up to date maps.  If you need a more accurate valuation for a property in that area, call or email me.  I'll shoot you a full CMA that will be more timely and precise than zillow!
