I can't find multi-family in Miami with Zillow help.

Multi-family residences vary quite a bit in Miami - if more than 4 units, they are considered commercial.  I agree with Beth that it would serve you better to contact someone that specializes in what you are looking for.

This system on Zillow may not be configured for comercial real estate, if that is what you are looking for.  Do you mean multi-unit buildings?  That is not generall on these consuemr web-sites.
