I can't get the previous agent's photo off my listing. Any advice?

I'm listing a home that was previously listed with another agent. There's an unimpressive photo posted and no matter how many photos I add, I can't take the bad photo down. Can't contact Zillow staff directly either, it seems. Thoughts? Thanks!
