Thanks for your input. I just wondered how they come up with the zestimates. I thought someone from Zillow might answer to help me understand their system and how they arrive at their estimate for a house.

The zestimates are definitely inaccurate, everyone is complaining about them on the discussions board.




I can't understand the Zestimate. 1035 Bell St. sold for $340,000 and it is a bilevel?
