I can't upload images of my rental - "browse" button is missing

Hi,
I just listed my house for rent, but the "browse" button does not appear when i try to upload pictures.  I a using Internet Explorer version 9 ( 9.0.8112.16421).
See screen capture, pasted below.  Please help!!!
wait ... i can't even upload my screen shot here, because the same thing is happening - i click "upload" and it complains to me to use the "browse" button.  The BROWSE / upload routines are NOT working!!!

I find that IE 8 and Firefox work better than IE 9.   However, as you are using IE have you checked your javascript settings?
