I cannot wait to have my coffee-maker and toaster back on my counter-tops. Oh and the biggest thus far, I cannot wait til I don't have to search for dog turds in my back yard hourly. LOL!

as far as selling goes, I can't wait to just LIVE with my kids. Go to the park and not worry about primping the house before we go. I want to have ONE day a week for "the big clean" not EVERYDAY for the big clean!!!!

Or if your like me, you are so traumatized after you move that you continue to make the beds, and check the house before you leave.........I need to be medicated.....or perhaps I think that the house several states away will sell because I am still neat......little blue pill or hit the bottle......can't decide which so for now I will remain mental!

Pinks, I can relate to that. Years ago we had a house in Coram, it took about a year and a half to sell. My kids were about 2 and 3 at the time, I felt like the only memory they would have of me was that of a compulsive neat freak!!! I thought I would mentally scare them with my neatness!!! Well, I can say that my cleaning didn't wear off on them, now the are grown little piggies!! ;o)

After we moved, I didn't make the beds for a week. I'm still grudgingly cleaning the new house as I'm so worn out from keeping the other one in perfect condition.
Once the Tucson house sells, we're going to invest a little in the new house (some new Anderson windows and front door) and we're going to take a lovely holiday vacation!

I love to open a hotel just for homeowner to escape from the hells of selling!! Lots of pampering a maid service not only for the rooms you are staying in, but for the home you are trying to sell!!! We we could all laugh and tell our home selling horror stories while getting a massage!!!
