I can't get into my Postlet account! Please help.

4 times I've asked it to reset password...it says it's emailing, but no email (not in junk either).  Submitted a customer service email that I needed help and received a reply back that the email was received, but haven't heard anything.  Need to change prices and blast out postlet links for Open Houses this weekend.  URGENT!!
