I can't log in to my postlets account

I am trying to log in to my postlets account. I have used postlets for 4 years and never had any issues.  I tried to email help@postlets.com and didnt get any response.  I also tried calling zillow but they said they only offer sales support and not for postlets.
Please help me log back in! My user name is postmasterflorida  .  When i log in now it says "cant authenticate"

I am having a similar difficulty. I tried creating an account and each time it says that an account can not be created for me. Other times it says that an account already exists with my name. This is frustrating to me and the help desk area seems difficult to even find where and to whom to ask for for help. Please Help!
