With a 630 credit score, you can be eligible for an FHA with a good debt-to-income ratio. An FHA loan will require at least a down payment of 3.5%. Currently, a credit score above 620 can be eligible for an FHA and at times there are exceptions. The importance is to keep your credit score up and doing the right things to continue to build your credit.
