Not really a bug but you better restrict access to who you let edit your web page content. See Example http://www.zillow.com/wikipages/It's-a-Buyer's-Market--Tips-for-Sellers. I don't think you should have the "Edit this page" link available to the public. You better send this off to your web developer immediately.

I checked the page of the link you provided and the reason why it has the "Edit this page" link is that, it is a page in the "Real Estate Guide". In this section of the website, registered users can learn the ins and outs of real estate with this collaborative wiki-style guide, written by people in the real estate industry. Here, they can edit the page and share their knowledge and expertise by adding information in the different topics.
