I can not removed a house for sale. I removed it and it still says for sale.

I am a realtor that listed a home for sale on Zillow.  Owners decided to take house off market.  I removed it twice and it keeps coming back with me as the realtor.  Owners are very angry that I can not get this removed.  This is the only contact information I can find for Zillow?

Hi Barrett -

Our record shows that this property was posted via an automated data feed from Century21. However, another agent was posted as the listing agent for this property.

To remove this permanently from Zillow, the responsible agent has to remove this address from the source of the feed so that it will not be re-posted on the website. I have also advised that agent to remove this address from the feed. In the meantime, I have taken down the posting of this property from the website.
