Why is it that you provide clear information for every question except how to cancel a listing? I indicated that the home is no longer for sale. Since then,  I have received no emails indicating that the ad was still running or a summary of the activity on this account. One would think that after several months an email about renewal plans or a query about continued interest would not be unreasonable. Please remove this listing immediately!
