Once you post a listing on Zillow as a FSBO you need to update it every 30 days. If your posting says 'expired', just update the status to 'for sale' and click on update. Also Zillow will send you a reminder to update your listing before it actually expires. Good luck!
I cannot find my listing
When I go to find my listing on Zillow in Sunbury, Ohio it does not come up. It is a FSBO property. When I go to My Zillow it tells me that my posting has expired, yet when I go to update it, it tells me it is already posted. Am I looking in the wrong place -do I need to update something?? Please advise
