Thank you for your prompt responses. The MarciaDFleming@aol.com address (the email on the ads) is where sales leads go. The MarciaDFleming@gmail.com address is where adminstrative mailings go, so sales leads don't get lost in the shuffle. I attempted to switch to my aol.com email address in order to comply with the advice given in your previous response, & received an error message that I cannot use the aol.com address because it's "already in use"..."by whom?" is my new question, & how can I "reclaim" it is my second question. Thank you again for all your assistance.

Marcia - I don't believe that they do match. You've registered on Zillow with a Gmail account and your Postlet listings are tied to a AOL account. Hope that helps!

Thank you for your input, Sara. The emails are exactly the same, but I am still unable to link the Postlets ads to my profile. Any other suggestions?

On Zillow we match the email address on the lisitngs to the email address on the profile - this is how we know to tie them together. So please make sure the email address used to create the profile is the same one that postlets is using. Doing this should tie them together.
I cannot link my Postlets listings to my Zillow profile...HELP!
