if you are a member of an MLS then look it up there rather than here. Keep in mind that many RE offices don't seem to kjnow how to manage their automatic feeds very well and frequently have OLD listings show up on zillow, trulia, homes.com and many other sites. If you notice it shows the MLS number in the listing, so look it up by that and see the current status. it that MLS number has a status other than active you will know it's a problem -report the listing as inactive and help them find something else.
and then there is what WetDawgs said...it shows at the bottom.
if it's a FSBO it will say whether or not they will work with a buyer's agent, contact them the same way you'd look them up from a sign in their yard- do a little research on county records or whatever it takes.

@Susan: The Original poster has a Premier Agent tag by her name. Who would pay for such a thing if she isn't an agent?
Zillow can be confusing for a new comer, there are properties on Zillow that can't be found on the MLS.

Who are you really? With all due respect, your question doesn't make sense. Why would you be getting a lead for a property unless you are an agent. If you are an agent it should be very easy and clear how to find the listing broker. Good luck.

The listing agent and contact information for properties shown "for sale" on Zillow can be found at the very bottom of the home details page.
I cant seem to figure out how to find the listing broker when I get a lead for it
