Before you can upload photos, you have to claim your home. Your profile suggests that hasn't happened yet. So, to claim it open the property details page and click on "edit". Go through the steps to claim the home.
After you've claimed it, the ability to upload photos can be found under "edit". Make sure you resize your photos before uploading. (Sometimes Firefox works better for photos than IE)
