I'm so glad you found the source of the error and got it corrected.

glad you found it.
for me the problem has been when I used postlets (in addition to the feed) all kinds of weird things happen- not just at zillow.
all these syndications can be great but can be frustrating too.

I found thru zillow's chat line that I as Agent need to check all the sites that I use to distribute my listing info. I realize I missed one syndicator and it kept sending the listing as "Active" to zillow. I corrected that and also suggested that zillow add something about this in their listing maintenance area regarding changing status. zillow chat line was very helpful.

You don't have any listings showing under this posting name. Therefore, there are several possibilities:
a. You solved the problem in the last 10 minutes.
b. They are listed with another agent and that agent has to change the status.
c. They are coming in from a datafeed where the status hasn't been changed. To figure this out, open the home details page, scroll to the very bottom and click on the listing source (in blue). Does that have an active link? If so, change the status on the source of the feed rather than attempting to change it directly on Zillow.

I "closed/Sold" my listing 2 times. It confirms it, but still shows Active. Zillow should correct it
