Logon with the id that claimed the house, open the house entry, and click the edit button by 'owner estimate' just below the zestimate. Add updates there.
Then follow the links to the list of comparable homes. Tune that list (add or remove houses).
In the Advice menu, in Zillow FAQ, you can find lots of instructions for tuning your house entry.
Just by taking a cursory look at charts and data for your house, it looks like most of the houses are experiencing a dip....by making the changes you already made, you may have prevented the zestimate from dropping.

I corrected the specs of my home, but there was not change in the Zestimate. Why?
