If you can put 3.5% down you can qualify for a FHA Loan.

100% financing is still available for USDA loans; but we are not allowed to quote it on Zillow. Also, a co-borrower with credit below 620 will be a hindrance. You may want to see if you will qualify with the borrower's income only.

Well are there programs out there for 1st time home buyers, also this property qualifies for a usda. Rural area. They used to do 100 % on these I thought.

Your quote request was for 100% LTV. Unfortunately unless you have VA eligibility, you'll need to put at least 3.5% down to get an FHA loan.

I did not get any quotes on my loan request (ZR-JXWLSNZ). Can someone help me figure out why?
